Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As an EU/EEA consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen). Note: for health and hygiene reasons, sealed food supplements that have been opened may be exempt from the right of withdrawal once the seal is broken.

How to start a return

Refunds

Once approved (and, where relevant, your return is received), we'll refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Shipping to you was free; any return shipping costs are as described in your return instructions.

Damaged or wrong items
